Appreciated fully-equipped and exceptionally nice rooms!

It had favourable location in a nice enough area not far from Long Beach Resort. The pool was very clean, the staff was welcoming and polite.

During my recent business trip, my director chose Blue Star Apartments & Hotel in Lance aux Epines for our accommodation. One of the highlights of my stay was indulging in a Swedish massage with essential oils at their spa. The therapy not only promoted healing but also provided a much-needed relaxation. the aparthotel had excellent recreational amenities, including an outdoor pool and a fitness center. I thoroughly enjoyed lounging by the pool and keeping up with my fitness routine during my free time. Blue Star Apartments & Hotel in St George's truly impressed me with its commitment to wellness, offering a variety of treatment therapies such as aromatherapy and reflexology. Lastly, their range of services, including deep-tissue massages, hot stone massages, Swedish massages.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was that the location pinned on the property map was quite inaccurate.

It was lovely place for visiting most Lance aux Epines attractions. The bed was amazing, climate control, a private safe and multi-channel television were useful. There was a tub in the private bathroom. We could go to Aziz Restaurant just 600 feet away...

The bathroom was large and included a shower, a dryer and bath sheets. Staff was helpful and welcoming, helped us with everything.

Mind-blowing apartment with super amenities like free wi-fi, AC, flat-screen TV, fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and more. Absolutely jaw-dropping experience!

Everything is what I need and want.

We had a fantastic stay at the Blue Star Apartments. Jerry, the manager, was incredibly responsive and accommodating when we needed to change our dates. The apartment itself was perfect, with every amenity we could have hoped for, from the washer and dryer to the fully-equipped kitchen. It was bright, spacious, and impeccably clean. The staff went above and beyond, providing extra cleaning supplies and even delivering essentials for us.

The apartments at this complex truly offer a slice of paradise. From the moment I stepped onto the patio, I felt like I was basking in luxury. The living room, complete with a flat-screen TV, made me feel like a celebrity lounging in a private suite.

Location accuracy.

The apartment we stayed in was absolutely perfect. It had all the amenities we needed and more, including a washer and dryer, a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a spacious balcony where we enjoyed sitting outside. The staff were friendly and quick to assist, providing us with extra cleaning supplies and necessities when needed. The location was also great, offering easy access to nearby services and convenience stores.

The lack of hot water. Unfortunately, we weren't able to wash our hair during our three-day stay because the water was consistently cold.

I absolutely loved the cozy and elegant decoration of the hotel. The tasteful furnishings and beautiful colors created such a welcoming atmosphere. The general areas, such as the lobby and common spaces, were always spotlessly clean and well-maintained. As a senior, I found the hotel to be very accessible, with ramps and elevators conveniently located. It made moving around much easier for me.

I would have appreciated a bit more assistance from the children working there. Perhaps having a dedicated concierge service for senior guests would have made our vacation even more enjoyable.

The rooms were super cozy and comfortable, making us feel right at home. We loved having a fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing our own meals. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot weather, keeping us cool and refreshed. The private balcony with stunning sea views was a highlight of our stay. Having a flat-screen TV in the living room made our downtime even more enjoyable. The washing machine in the unit was a convenient feature for longer stays. It was great to have a safety deposit box for storing our valuables securely.

Personally, we didn't find the microwave in the kitchen very useful for our needs.

As youngsters traveling to Blue Star Apartments, we loved the excellent food, especially the veggies and fish. the variety was wonderful, and we couldn't resist the bakes and sailfish. the apartment design was modern and stylish, and all the appliances provided were very convenient.

We felt cared for during our stay and had no reason to complain.

Quick response and accommodation for date changes. Perfect apartment with all amenities, including a walk-in shower, AC, SmartTV, and a fully-equipped kitchen.
